To view visitors to your site login and go to “Dashboard”. Here you will see the latest visits to your shop. To view the last 100 visits click on more visits at the top of the visits box.
To clear all visitor history click on delete visits – this cannot be undone.
If you cannot see visits on your dashboard you have no visitor history yet or your plan does not include visitor tracking. To enable visitor tracking you can upgrade to another plan.
If you would like to cancel your account go to “Your Shop” and click the upgrade plan button. At the bottom of the page click the cancel my account link.
To upgrade your account login to your control panel and go to “Your Shop” and then click on the upgrade plan button. Here you will see a list of he available plans and your current plan. Choose the plan you wish to upgrade to and click the “Upgrade” button.
You will be taken to paypal and asked to enter your new plan details. Your new plan will be effective immediately after this process has been completed.
As soon as you have registered your shop is live to the public. You can enable Maintenance mode to stop customers from entering your shop. You may wish to do this while you are making changes, or you might just want to disable your shop until you have more stock. It is easy to do. Login to your shop and go to “Your Shop”. To turn maintenance mode on click activate maintenance mode. It will be active immediately. Now visitors to your shop will see the message “We’re currently down for maintenance, please check back shortly to place your orders.”
To turn maintenance mode off got to “Your Shop” and click on the de-activate maintenance mode button. Changes will take place straight away and your shop will be open to the public again.
Themes determine the overall layout of your shop. To enable themes you must have either the plus or premium plans. If themes are not currently enabled on your control panel you will need to upgrade.
To change themes go to “Design” and then click on Themes. Choose the theme you prefer and click activate theme. The new theme will take effect straight away. You might want to enable maintenance mode while you make changes to your shop.
To login to your control panel use the password you created when registering. If you have forgotten your password then you can use the forgot your password tool. You will be asked to enter your contact email address. If this matches the address we have on file for your account then we’ll send a new password to your email address with instructions to login.
To change your password once you have logged in go to “Your Shop” and click on Password. Enter your old password and then your new password, repeat once to make sure it’s correct and then click “Save new password”.
login to your control panel by visiting your site and adding admin to your shop URL. You can use this tool to help you. You will have received an email when signing up that contains a direct link to your shops administration section.
Searches
You can view what visitors to your shop have been searching for by logging in to your control panel and going to your dashboard. This shows the last 7 searches. To view all searches click on the all searches link.
To delete searches click on the delete searches button on the top right of the screen. This cannot be undone.
Searches start to appear after visitors to your shop have used the search tool. If you haven’t subscribed to a plan that includes search you will need to upgrade before search information is visible on your dashboard.
